Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Order processing and shipment occur on business days. Currently, Covid restrictions are affecting delivery times. While we strive to process all orders as fast as possible, however, some delays are outside of our control.

Shipment to P.O. boxes
All orders addressed to PO boxes are sent via Australia Post.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
When you place your order, make sure to leave your email address so that tracking details can be sent to you. Tracking details will be automatically sent on dispatch of the order to all valid email addresses.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Inspira Nutritionals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Inspira Nutritionals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
